Q-Care instructions?
A-We recommend making your mixes into dough and freezing what you aren't ready to use upon arrival. All of our mixes can be stored in your freezer for up to six months. If you choose to bake everything at once you can freeze what you aren't going to eat. Your treats will defrost at room temperature in 3-5 minutes.
Q-How long until my order is processed?
A-We try very hard to have orders processed to be shipped in 3-5 business days. Most of the time we are beating that estimate as we want to get you your treats as quickly as we can.
Q-What if I am local to your bakery location?
A-That is a great question! You can order online and use code "LOCAL" to come in to the shop to grab your order. In most cases if the order is placed when we are open, it will be ready for pickup that day. Be sure to check out our business hours so you don't show up when we are closed. (Hint Tuesday-Saturday)
Q-Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?
A-We are happy to include a gift message, please note on your order that it is a gift and include your message to the recipient.Our boxes are packed with tissue paper and bubble wrap to protect and conceal the contents.
Q-Do your products contain breastmilk?
A-No, none of our products contain breastmilk. Our products are made with ingredients commonly known to increase a breastfeeding mother's milk supply. I promise we wouldn't do that to you.
Q-Are these treats safe for my toddler?
A-They are safe for the whole family. Aside from helping a mom that is already lactating, our treats all contain ingredients that have important health benefits for everyone. If you don't want lactation treats, we have a non-lactation variant available too!
Q-I'm not breastfeeding, but I love cookies. Will these make me produce milk?
A-Nope! Our goodies will not make you lactate if you are not currently.We also have a non-lactation/regular varieties available.
Q-Are these safe to eat while pregnant?
A-Yes they are!
Q-How soon will the treats work?
A-Most women, myself included, notice a difference within 1-2 days. I recommend starting off with 2-3 cookies per day. This is not a one size fits all situation. For example, our brownies are way more potent than our cookies. Because of that, you may require less and others may still require more. It's all about trial and error.
Q-How do you ship orders?
A-We ship priority with USPS. You will be provided tracking and each package comes with up to $50 insurance.
